18+ Policy - By law you must be 18 or over to use a sunbed. ID may be required when signing up. (In the form of a passport or driving license. Staff have the right to refuse service if no proof of age is provided.

You may bring your child with you in the reception area, this is only if they are deemed able to care for themselves. Please note we do not accept any responsibility for any children left in the reception area. Under no circumstances can a child or person under the age of 18 join you into the individual tanning rooms.

Refunds

Packages are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Special exemptions may be accepted, eg: Medical conditions, with medical certificate, this is reviewed as a case-by-case, please email info@studiosun.co.uk

Refunds on Tanning lotion bottles or sachets are not accepted.

New Customer offer

30% off offer -  Get 30% off any package when signing up as a new customer. Offer valid for 3 months after signing up. Must be a new customer and have never used Studio Sun's services before. In store only.

10% off lotion offer - Get 10% off any lotion sold in store. Can only be used once. offer lasts 3 months from sign up date. Must be a new customer and have never used Studio Sun's services before. In store only.

Refer a friend offer - Bring a friend and get 10 free minutes added your store account for both persons. Must both come into store at the same time. The "Friend" must be a new customer and must have never used Studio Sun’s services before. 10 free minutes can be used all in one or split over sessions.

Student/Blue light/Military Discount - Get 20% off any package with valid ID. ID will be stored on your account until expire date. In store only.

Discounts will be available in store and online (if stated) and be added at checkout.

Only one discount can be added at once.

Packages - 60/100/150 Packages are valid 12 months from purchase date, After this they will expire. Must leave 24 hours between each session. Sensitive skin please leave 48 hours.

Unlimited - Use up to 20 minutes per day. Must leave 24 hours between each session. Valid for 30 days from purchase date and will expire after this.

Unlimited Package may be able to be paused for medical conditions. Reviewed as a case-by-case, please email info@studiosun.co.uk.
